Our Purpose & Intention
This retreat is designed to give women the freedom to explore, play and experience Portugal in a safe, inspiring and luxurious way. Over the course of a week, you'll wander charming coastal towns, visit castles, spend a day in Lisbon, and enjoy workshops that foster connection, growth, and self-discovery.
Our intention is to create a space where women can travel boldly, try new experiences, and feel fully supported in a group of incredible, like-minded women. Through exploration, laughter, and reflection, this retreat is about learning to love yourself, expand your horizons, and return home with unforgettable memories and a renewed sense of confidence.

Erin Brenhouse
Educator of 25+ years, Nail Artist, Coach, and Retreat Host bringing structure, experience, and efficiency into every space she leads. Known for helping others find clarity, build confidence, and create functional systems that support long-term growth—both in their work and beyond it.
Jotanna Rowland
Nail artist of 17 years, Salon owner, Educator, and Retreat Host- here to push artistry, challange the norm, and keep it real while doing it. Known for bold authenticity, genuine connection, and a deep care for helping others rise.

Maya Pelach is a Somatic Practitioner and founder of SOMAY – Get in Touch, based in Ericeira, Portugal. Rooted in over a decade of yoga and meditation practice, her work supports people in reconnecting with their bodies and trusting their inner wisdom. She is a graduate of the Berlin based Pantarei Approach Practitioner Training Program, and currently works in Portugal and online.

Do I need to rent a car?
Nope! Grab an Uber or Lyft to travel between the airport and the house.
What should I bring?
A full packing list will be sent over after registration.
What's the weather like in October?
Transitioning from summer to fall. Daily highs are around 22C / 71F and nightly the lows are around 16C / 62F.
Do I have to be in shape?
No. Activity level is gentle - light & short walks only.
