Hi, I’m Erin—a wife, mom to two teenagers, educator, and lifelong believer in the power of women supporting women. I’ve been teaching since 2002 and have spent my career working in female-dominated industries, helping women grow in confidence, skill, and self-belief. These days, my passion is combining two things I love most: travel and helping women choose themselves again. After years of watching so many incredible women push through burnout while putting everyone else first (including myself), I’ve made it my mission to create experiences that encourage rest, connection, adventure, and self-discovery. I believe every woman deserves time to recharge, explore the world, and reconnect with the version of yourself that’s been waiting beneath the responsibilities of everyday life.

Do I need to rent a car?
No. Group shuttle is included.
What should I bring?
A full packing list will be sent over after registration. 
What's the weather like in November?
Mild days and cool nights. Daily highs are around 14C / 58F and nightly the lows are around 8C / 46F.
Do I have to be in shape?
No. Activity level is gentle - light hikes and short walks only. Light yoga and stretching.
